Location: Walnut Creek

Temp to FTE - 6+ months (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $50 - $53 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Systems Analyst with NetSuite Administration and Helpdesk support experience to support our NetSuite ERP platform and lead systems analysis initiatives. This hybrid role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing NetSuite while also analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing technology solutions that align with organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

Systems Analysis:

  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Design and propose IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to implement system enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and user training.
  • Create user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

NetSuite Administration:

  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations.
  • Develop and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business operations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage data integrity, and perform regular audits.
  • Coordinate NetSuite updates, testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Support integrations with third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in NetSuite administration and/or systems analysis.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, FSM, Inventory, etc.).
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and business process modeling.
  • Previous Helpdesk Support experience - Tier 1 - Tier 3
  • Excellent customer / user support - C-suite level support
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP implementation or optimization projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
